My name is Diana Joy and I’m so excited to introduce myself!

I am a compassionate RN, who has been joyfully serving the aging population for over 30 years. As a small child, I was drawn to the older population and always wanted to be their “helper”. I followed my dreams and it took me where I am today. My experience lies in providing hands-on care, as well as management roles in: Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health and Hospice.

My wish is to utilize my experience and knowledge to empower you to be an active participant in your healthcare. By attending medical appointments with you, I will respectfully support & advocate for you; help you understand medical jargon, your medications and make certain you leave that appointment feeling heard and validated.

I am also well aware of the “non-medical” challenges that we are faced with, that are equally as important as our physical health. If left unaddressed, unmet needs of all kinds can negatively affect our quality of life.

Finding happiness and humor in this crazy world is my forte! Not only will we get things accomplished, but I'm certain we will have fun in process!
